This Is a fundraising program that is of no cost to you. Simply link your King Soopers or City Market rewards card to DMK. Every time you shop and use your rewards card, we earn points towards a rebate and the dogs will benefit.
You just need to enroll your card in the program once. Here is how to do it:
For King Soopers Stores – go to www.kingsoopers.com
For City Market Stores – go to www.citymarket.com
Once logged into your King Soopers or City Market account, you can search for DMK Rehoming either by name or SM719 and then click enroll.
New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.
If you do not yet a have a King Soopers or City Market rewards card, they are available at the customer service desk at any King Soopers or City Market.
Do you shop at Safeway instead of King Soopers? The Safeway program works the same as King Soopers and allows you to help DMK! You load the card up, you shop, and we receive 5% of what you have loaded on to your card!
