Thank you for your interest in one of dogs! Please know that completing this form does not guarantee an adoption through DMK Rehoming or adoption of the dog you are interested in. We have an in depth process to make sure our dogs are placed in homes that will best suit their personalities and yours. It’s our goal that once a dog is adopted that they stay in your home forever and sometimes that can mean that the dog you are interested in may not be the perfect fit for your home.
